Responsibility means we are accountable for our actions, decisions and behaviors. It means that we can be trusted. It also means we have a positive choice in how we react to situations around us rather than laying blame or leaving it to others to resolve. Responsibility demonstrates to others that our value system is strong and can’t be influenced.
Taking responsibility is sometimes very hard but the outcome ultimately leads to growth and personal maturity. Suggero will nurture an environment where everyone feels comfortable being able to accept responsibility without consequence.
Selflessness means putting the welfare of your colleagues and clients before your own. It is about planting your loyalty to the values of the organization before personal gain. In other words, the premise of selflessness is the commitment of each employee to go further, endure longer, and contribute to the overall success of the company and its clients. The culture of Suggero is not around self-ego, self-promotion, or rising to the top by denigrating those around you. There is nothing wrong with the desire to succeed, but that desire must be used in a way that ensures that everyone can participate in a healthy way to that success.
